Responsible esthetics. Uneven edges and old bonding required some upgrades! We used Exocad Elite skills to 3D design and print. Injection composite front 4 with cutbacks and layering. Her smile frame is gorgeous, and now so are her teeth!
Occlusal issues contributed to the breakdown of this patient’s dentition. We first used a Kois Center deprogrammer to determine the appropriate opening, create the necessary restorative space, and address the underlying occlusal issues. Crown lengthening was then performed by Frost Periodontics & Dental Implants, followed by maxillary porcelain restorations by Smile Designs By Rego.
This patient came to us with missing lateral incisors and older dental bridges. We worked closely with her orthodontist to align the teeth, create proper spacing, and improve the overall smile shape. Once orthodontic treatment was complete, we restored her smile with dental implants, professional whitening, and custom implant crowns.
Teenager with congenitally small lateral incisors and uneven gingival contours. We used a laser to recontour the gingival tissue and resin layering to build up her lateral incisors (all additive, no tooth was removed!).
A beautiful result with a combo of porcelain crowns and resin veneers to build out the buccal corridor and camouflage rotations. Creating a gorgeous smile that meets the patient’s goals AND fits into their budget is what we’re here for!
This patient was able to improve her smile with a purely additive composite resin bonding to her front 4 teeth and 2 to the bicuspids to fill out the corridor and camouflage rotations. Customization of the resin with shades, tints, and texture brought them to life.
After having orthodontic treatment this patient came to Dr. Christina Pruitt to help improve her smile by improving the congenital small teeth/spaces in her smile. Dr. Pruitt worked her magic and did a combination of 6 resin bonded veneers and 4 porcelain veneers.
For this patient, Dr. Christina Pruitt applied four resin veneers to this patient’s front upper teeth!
Invisalign and 10 porcelain veneers on top, 1 resin filling on bottom.
Dr. Pruitt completed bonding on #7 and 8 today for a lovely patient! She’s worn the original bonding from a playground accident in 6th grade (30 years ago!). It was time for an upgrade. The after photo was taken day-of, so we expect some rehydration and continuation of color matching of the next 24 hours as well. Internal characterization and composite by @ivoclar empress direct. This patient came to us for a smile upgrade. The before picture shows one plane making the teeth look like they are sticking straight out from the gumline. The after picture shows 3 facial planes and a natural-looking smile!
The curvature of the upper teeth should follow the curvature of the lower lip. In the, before photo, you can see the two are inverse. It was treated with porcelain restorations.

10 porcelain veneers were bonded (with minimal tooth removal!) to add length and symmetry for an overall smile enhancement
10 weeks of Invisalign then exocad modeling for lateral incisor bonding. Repair of some chips. Minimally invasive/additive dentistry. No numbing and only one appointment.
This patient was started 3 years ago with Invisalign to correct a posterior crossbite. Her previous dentistry was starting to fail, and esthetics were a concern. We elected to take a comprehensive approach and restore all her teeth (aside from the lower front 6 which she bleached).
Patient is a college student in the chorus. He’s had a discolored composite filling on his front left tooth for years and was dissatisfied with the look. We removed the old composite and placed a new one same-day.
Patient’s front right tooth was discoloring from an old injury and her lateral incisors (“side teeth”) were uneven, so we removed the existing composite bonding on the front tooth and did 4 indirect porcelain veneers on her front 4 teeth.
Patient broke her front 2 teeth during a fall. We restored her front 4 top teeth with full coverage porcelain crowns.
Patient chipped his front 2 teeth during high school basketball. He opted for a temporary repair, then Invisalign to straighten everything and finally 2 beautiful full porcelain crowns on his front 2 teeth that are extremely natural and match his existing dentition!
Patient had a undersized front right lateral incisor (peg lateral) with an old/failing composite bonding. We upgraded her lateral to a very natural looking porcelain veneer. One of the hardest things to do in dentistry is match a single anterior tooth to existing dentition.
